Clive Parkinson from Arts for Health will be joining us at the next CCrAMHP meeting, on Monday 20 May from 6-8pm at the Friends Meeting House, Lancaster. Clive is involved with Arts for Health at Manchester Metropolitan University – the UK’s longest established arts and health organisation. Clive coordinates the North West Arts and Health network, which has a blog here: http://artsforhealthmmu.blogspot.co.uk/. He will be talking about the Manifesto (a conversation on arts, health and society). You can download it or listen to a podcast here: http://www.artsforhealth.org/manifesto/
This meeting will be an opportunity for CCrAMHP members with an interest in the links between creative arts and wellbeing to network and to share ideas. William Park will, for example, be speaking about his work in Preston.
