Using patient, service user and carer narratives to improve mental health care

Steven is a Patient Experience Manager and Quality Improvement Lead for Lancashire Care NHS Foundation Trust. He has a background of working in Health Care as a relationship and communications manager in the both private and public sectors. Since 2010 he has specialised in using patient, carer and staff narratives to improve the quality of experiences in Mental Health services. He is currently carrying out research into the use of Co-design to improve experiences of patients and carers in Adult Mental Health and Learning Disability Services.
